UK MAINLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND


UK Mainland does not include the following areas:- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly (any queries please contact us and we shall let you know), please use the normal ordering process and we will contact you with the appropriate carriage charge.

If you would like to place an order from outside the UK, please use the normal ordering process and we will contact you with the carriage charge and whether it is possible for us to deliver to your country.

For a 24 hr delivery service. Orders must be received before 12.00 noon on day of despatch.


Any problems regarding delivery ie damaged goods please let us know ASAP.

If you are unhappy with any products purchased we shall refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days of receiving delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any product returned must be within its original packaging. (Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products.)

Any products that we send to you that are faulty or damaged we will replace them where possible or reimburse you for the expense. (Should you prefer). Including the cost of delivery. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products (three days). All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
